About NextStepAstro
Astrology with the situation in view.
NextStepAstro is being built for people who want a clearer way to reflect on what is happening in their lives and what they may want to do next.
Place data
Birthplace suggestions use GeoNames data under CC BY 4.0. We filter populated-place records, normalize names and aliases, and partition the data for local search. Place coordinates are representative settlement locations, not verified birth-address coordinates.
Dataset source, snapshot, and transformationsOur purpose
We offer an astrology-based reflection and guidance experience that begins with the question behind the chart: a decision, transition, relationship, or direction that deserves attention. The aim is to offer thoughtful context and practical next-step guidance rather than generic horoscope content.

How we are building it
Choose a free Western / Tropical or Vedic / Sidereal natal reading. Each uses its own interpretation rules. Our Vedic reading uses Lahiri/Chitrapaksha ayanamsha and supported natal factors; the broad and focused paid reports use Western rules.
Calculated Western and Vedic natal charts and personalized free guidance are available; focused report purchasing is not yet enabled.
A grounded perspective
NextStepAstro is designed for reflection, not certainty. Astrology is not presented as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other expert advice.
